What are TKD Tech's Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)?
Because TKD Tech operates exclusively as a direct B2B wholesale manufacturer and stockist, items are packed in standard enterprise minimum bulk increments. For example: Industrial Workwear is typically 50 units (or batch packs of 10 for sizing samples); PPE and gloves are 100 pairs / carton; Welding helmets are 10 units; and Workshop chemical detergents are supplied in 25-litre drums.
How do we receive a formal VAT quotation for an enterprise tender?
You can assemble your line items directly using our live RFQ Basket drawer or submit specifications via our multi-step procurement portal. Our commercial estimating team at the Jet Park facility prepares itemized formal quotations with VAT breakdowns and delivery lead times within 2 to 4 business hours.
What compliance certificates are supplied with safety gear?
Every batch of safety apparel and PPE is backed by accredited testing standards. We provide Certificates of Conformance (CoC), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) verifying alignment with SABS (SANS 434, SANS 1387, SANS 20345), European Norms (EN 388, EN ISO 20471, EN 407), and CE EN 379.
What payment terms are available for corporate and mining accounts?
First-time buyers and initial tender orders are processed on a pro-forma EFT basis. For standing contract clients, mining houses, and verified government entities, 30-day end-of-month commercial account facilities are established subject to standard trade credit vetting.
How does cross-border SADC freight and export documentation work?
Our logistics team regularly dispatches bonded road freight directly to the DRC (Kolwezi, Lubumbashi), Zambia (Kitwe, Ndola), Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Mozambique. We supply complete export documentation including SADC Certificates of Origin, commercial customs invoices, and Bill of Lading manifests.
Can we collect orders directly from the Jet Park warehouse?
Yes. Our facility at 7 Burry Koen Street, Jet Park, Boksburg features dedicated dispatch bays for commercial collections between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Pre-arranged collection references are required before dispatch release.
