All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by TKD Tech. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products and send you a dispatch confirmation. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the cancellation of an order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to addresses within South Africa and select SADC countries. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery and notifying us of any damages or discrepancies within 24 hours. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more information.
